All KnowEm orders require at least 3 to 5 business days for completion, we do sometimes ask for you to allow 5 to 7 business days for 300 profile orders, depending on our current level of activity.
Order Completion Time Frames:
- Personal Essential Orders (25 Profiles): 3 to 5 Business Days
- Business Starter Package (100 Profiles): 3 to 5 Business Days
- Corporate Starter Package (150 Profiles): 3 to 5 Business Days
- Corporate Complete Package (300 Profiles): 5 to 7 Business Days
There are some factors that may delay an orders completion time, for example if you made a mistake on the order form. KnowEm puts every order through an initial Quality Assurance phase. We check to see if there any spelling errors in any fields and will notify you or contact you to ask for clarification.
We take our customer satisfaction very seriously at KnowEm, and it is our most important concern. If for any reason we are having any issues which might delay an order, we will contact you immediately and work with you to correct it and expedite the order.
